Epic Account Migration FAQ

Dear players,

Epic Games Store will officially delist NARAKA: BLADEPOINT on December 29 PT, 2026 . The Epic version will no longer receive updates after that date. After the Anniversary Update on July 1st PT, NARAKA: BLADEPOINT will no longer be available for purchase or download on the Epic Games Store.

Between the July 1 PT update and December 29 PT, Epic players can log in to the game to trigger a migration prompt. This will direct you to the account migration page to complete registration (If it's not triggered after you log in, don't worry; the migration will continue to be arranged). Rest assured, all your data and game progress will be transferred to your new account. Here are answers to common questions:

 

Q: Where can I start the migration?

A: A migration prompt will appear automatically each time you log in. If you are not ready to migrate, you can dismiss the prompt and continue playing as normal. Please complete the migration before the game is delisted.

 

Q: Will all my progress and data be transferred?

A: Yes. All progress and data will be fully transferred. Nothing will be lost.

 

Q: I have both a CN and a Global account on Epic. Can I migrate both?

A: This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer support for assistance.

 

Q: What if I see this after December 29 PT and can no longer open NARAKA: BLADEPOINT on Epic? How do I migrate?

A: The account migration registration page will remain available after December 30. You can find the link through NARAKA: BLADEPOINT's official channels, or contact customer support directly for the registration page.

 

Q: Do I need to redownload the game after migration?

A: Yes. Please visit the official NARAKA: BLADEPOINT website (https://www.narakathegame.com/index.html) to download the client

 

Q: What happens to my Star-Collections?

A: Star-Collections you already own will remain untradeable. However, any Star-Collections you obtain after the migration can be traded on the corresponding platform marketplace.
