We are committed to ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable experience in Morus Isle. By creating the Code of Conduct, we hope to make our players aware of what kind of behavior is expected when they play our games online.
Code of Conduct
- Respect
We expect all of our players to treat one another with kindness, acceptance and respect. We will not tolerate racism or other offensive behavior from anyone.
- Personal information
We trust that you will never share your own, other player's or alternate account information with anyone else. Sharing or threatening to share another person's account name, real-world location is unacceptable and will get your own account suspended.
- Harassment
Please be respectful of other players' time and space. Don't threaten or intimidate others; don't invade their privacy-and certainly never make anyone feel inferior because of your actions.
- Inappropriate Content
We will not tolerate any inappropriate or unsafe content, including NSFW material in our spaces under any circumstances.
- Impersonation
Impersonating other people or entities, such as by taking on their persona and pretending to be them or claim ownership of something they created, is not allowed.
- Scams and Deceptive Practices
Do not exploit other players or engage in deceptive practices. Do not link your character profile to a scam website-even if it's labeled as a "joke" site-nor promote such sites by linking them to others through conversation.
- Illegal Activities
We take threats of harm and self-harm very seriously, so do not use our game to promote any dangerous and illegal activities-including but not limited to gambling, drug use, phishing. If you see any threats of harm or self-harm made in NARAKA, please report them to service@narakathegame.com immediately.
- Cheating and trolling
We can and will suspend accounts of players who use cheats or hacks to gain an unfair advantage. Play fairly, obey the rules of the game-and don't exploit any bugs you find! If you encounter such behavior, report it here.
Moderation
In order to maintain a good experience for players when interacting and discussing NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, we may have moderators working to remove offensive materials on our official channels.
Moderators work to ensure that the Community Rules are enforced and upheld. Their moderation powers include but are not limited to: removal of offensive content, warning community members who are breaching the community rules, and in more serious cases banning a player from an official channel.
We take the harassment of moderators very seriously as they are simply doing their best to keep the community safe and positive for all players. Should you feel as though you have had an unsatisfactory interaction with a moderator or had a concerning moderation action taken against you, then please submit a detailed report to our Support team and they will investigate.
Any decision rendered by the Support team is final and attempts to harass Support to change a decision can result in further sanctions, up to and including removal from the game.
