We will be adjusting the following 14 outfits and some models in the upcoming update on December 1st:
These are Valda Cui's Outfits of [Cloth Attire] Collection, Valda Cui's Legendary Outfit [Dragon Will·Unchained], Yoto Hime's Legendary Outfit [Sakura Dance], [Onmyoji Arena·Ocean Coral] and her Default Outfit, Matari's Extreme Outfit [Flawless Elegance].
To provide fair compensation for the changes made to these outfits, players who purchased them can request a refund of in-game currency.
We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you, but we hope the following FAQ will answer some of your questions.
1. Why these adjustments? What will the compensations be?
We have made these adjustments to provide content and services that have a more positive influence. After the update, all players will receive some Spectral Silk, 4 Dynastic Reign Treasure Choice Gifts and 4 Rare Treasure Choice Gifts.
Besides the compensations for all players, players that purchased the adjusted outfits before the update can contact customer support for a refund. The steps are as follows:
1. Open in-game customer support in the ESC menu
2. Click Outfit Refund
3. Follow the steps to get your refund

2. Are these adjustments made for the launch of NARAKA mobile?
These adjustments are not related to NARAKA mobile. The PC and mobile versions of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT are developed by two independent teams. We make every effort to create a similar experience on PC and mobile for players, however; we are also considering the experience compatibility of the mobile game, and matchmaking will not be available between the two versions either.
Since it has been difficult for many PC games to make it into the mobile game market, we know that the PC version is and will always be the foundation and base of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT. We have no reason at all to change the PC players' experience for the mobile version, whether based on our love for the game or any commercial factors.
3. What are your next plans?
We accept the criticism that these adjustments are not up to standard and promise to try our best to meet the players' aesthetic requirements and will keep optimizing the designs of the adjusted outfits.
From now on, we aim to work on our designs and continue to bring players aesthetically-pleasing outfits with great stories.

1. Only players that unlocked any of the outfits above before the update on December 1 (GMT) can apply for a refund. Refund and outfit retrieval will be completed within 3 working days after the application is sent.
2. After refunding an outfit, a player will receive an amount of in-game currency that used to purchase it. Meanwhile, the outfit will be removed from the player's account. Except for [Flawless Elegance], the other outfits can all be purchased again.
3. Refunds for purchases of bundles, or in which discount vouchers have been used, will return only the actual amount of in-game currency paid.
4. Refunded Gold cannot be gifted to others.
